Some Guidelines:

These calls are best used to ask particular strategy or tactic based questions (e.g. how can I identify projects to increase my visibility, how can I begin to position myself for my next role, what questions should I ask my manager/human resources if I am put on a Performance Improvement Plan or other progressive disciplinary action).
Please keep questions concise to enable them to be read easily live – if it needs a lot of explanation it is probably better to ask in a coaching session.
